Residences

When the new part of the town has been fully developed, it is expected to contain around 1,500 new residences. This is equivalent to the combined total of the existing Ellemarken and Hastrupparken developments. The types of residences in the area are to be blended so that the area contains both large and small residences with different forms of ownership.
