Polluted sites

It is now clear that the previous activity on the Collstrop Site has polluted the soil with heavy metals and tar components. The same applies to some extent to Søndre Havn.

For this reason, the Køge Kyst company is committed to ensuring that both the Collstrop Site and the polluted sites at Søndre Havn are dealt with in the most environmentally responsible manner possible in connection with the urban development.

The pollution examinations that have already been carried out will therefore be supplemented with additional examinations before any decisions are taken regarding the future construction work.
