When the new part of the town has been fully developed, the intention is for it to offer up to 3,500 jobs in the office and service sectors.

It is expected that more than 100,000 m2 of office floor space will be built, of which most is likely to be located in the Station Area and on the Collstrop Site. An important aspect of a sustainable urban development project is to locate workplaces close to the station, so that employees can choose to take the train to work - for the benefit of the environment. In addition to the office jobs, there will be plenty of new jobs in the numerous shops near the station.
