Citizen involvement

The citizens of Køge and other players are to participate actively in urban development and renewal

This means that the citizens, retailers, the business community, the cultural community and other stakeholders are to be invited to participate in dialogue about the future of the area, and to play an active part in the description of wishes and requirements with regard to the new part of the town. In addition, citizens and other stakeholders will continuously have the opportunity to follow the solution proposals put forward by the professional players.


Information meeting, 29 January 2009
The Municipality of Køge and Realdania Arealudvikling extended an open invitation to a public information meeting at 19.00 on 29 January 2009, at Tapperiet, Søndre Badevej 1, Køge, Denmark. The object of the meeting was to provide citizens, companies, associations and other stakeholders with more details about the urban development project.
