The first initiative in the urban development project is an inter-disciplinary idea competition for professional players: architects, town planners and other professional groups. The competition is to result in a coherent development plan for the entire area. It is to be ensured that the competition entries from participating professionals are submitted by inter-disciplinary teams with competences in the fields of architecture, infrastructure, finance, urban living, sustainability, etc. so as to ensure holistic orientation in the urban development.

The local authority will subsequently prepare the necessary local plans and make sure that the appropriate environmental studies are performed. Only then can the actual construction maturing process and sale of areas begin.
