The Municipality of Køge and Realdania Urban Development invited the public to an information meeting on Thursday, 29 January 2009 at Tapperiet in Køge at which citizens, businesses, associations and others were informed about the urban development project.
Dialogue
The vision of Køge Kyst is for the citizens of Køge and other players to participate actively in urban development and renewal.
This means that the citizens of Køge, retailers, businesses,
cultural life and other stakeholders in and around Køge are invited
to participate in a dialogue on the future of the area and be
offered the opportunity to follow, comment on and influence the
solutions proposed by the professional players.
Information meeting on 9 March 2010
Køge Kyst invites all interested parties to an information meeting
on 9 March 2010 at 7.30 pm at which the competition brief and the
teams selected in the prequalification round for the parallel
competition for a development plan will be introduced. At the
meeting, Køge Kyst will also inform the participants of subsequent
citizen and stakeholder involvement, and the participants may ask
questions and debate any issues.
Moreover, the prequalified teams must, as part of the competition,
present proposals for how to involve citizens and stakeholders once
the competition ends.
